Crunchy Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 2 cups torn iceberg or any other lettuce
  • 1 cup bean sprouts, cleaned
  • 4 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 4 pretzels or bread sticks, broken into pieces
mixed into a honey-lemon dressing:
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp chopped spring onion greens
  • 1 tsp salt
Method:

Spinach, iceberg, and bean sprouts Mix in a bowl.
Put some in a bowl of ice water and put in the refrigerator.
Just before serving, spinach, iceberg, and drain bean sprouts.
Cherry tomatoes, pumpkin seeds and pretzel sticks to add a place in a serving bowl.
Pour dressing on top.
