Diabetic Beef Pasties Recipe

Ingredients:
  • 3/4 lb. coarsely ground beef (raw)
  • 2 c. diced raw potato
  • 3/4 c. diced raw carrot
  • 3/4 c. diced celery
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 tbsp. water
Method:

Once all the filling ingredients are well mixed,
Flour, and beef to wrap around the spoon.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 to 15 minutes, until the dough has become golden brown.
