Kaju Katri Recipe


Ingredients:
  • 100 gms Cashew nuts
  • 100 gms Sugar
  • 200 gm Water
  • Silver Foil for decorating
Kaju KatriMethod:

Soak cashews in water for about half an hour.
Make a paste of soaked cashews in a mill.
Prepare single thread consistency syrup and add kaju paste.
Stir and cool off properly flame.Aloow.
Transfer mixture to a greased plate and a 1 / 8 inch thickness to the roll.
Press silver foil over it.
10 minutes after it cut into diamond shaped pieces.
Kaju Katli is ready to serve.
